allOUR MISSION STATEMENT: The mission of Concordia Lutheran Church is to
gather, teach and inspire all generations to share the Good News.
3-5 Year Goals
*Grow average weekly attendance to 150 people
*50 percent of all members will be engaged in a small-group ministry
*50 percent of all members will be engaged in an outreach activity/event
2024 Goals
*Continue to encourage the establishment of additional small groups
*Create a plan for family discipleship
*Offer four outreach events
*Finish fund-raising for and start renovation of the hall
2024 Initiatives (measurable progress steps)
*Current small-group leaders report/invite 3-4 times a year in worship, and through other
kinds of communication, etc.(Stewardship Committee)
*Initiate "Tell the Next Generation" Family Discipleship Coaching with the Missouri District-LCMS (Pastor)
*Outreach 1 (Evangelism Committee)
*Outreach 2 (Evangelism Committee)
*Outreach 3 (Evangelism Committee)
*Outreach 4 (Evangelism Committee)
*Hall ad hoc committee(s) finish fundraising for and start work on the Hall Renovation.
